Due to the ongoing global pandemic of COVID-19, despite our best effort a few factors such as untimely scheduled cargo flights and the delayed customs clearances at the various checkpoints might come into play which may lead to a delay in the arrival of your parcels by a week or so. So, please be patient with us for some more days.

However, our logistic partners and their operations are slowly recovering and we are doing everything we can to make it on time. And often a few unexpected factors such as delay or the cancelation of cargo flights and prolonged custom clearance in some countries can lead to a slight delay in the estimated delivery time.

We are continuously working so hard to serve you all to the best. We cannot wait for the pandemic to be over so that everything can go back to normal.
